Training operators: the console of a live grid in a training room, a scenario played through. The loop, step by step: 1. Two desks and a screen run the training room. 2. The chain from source to console stands ready. 3. The trainer starts a simulated outage. 4. The trainee sees the alarm on the console. 5. Time and place are fixed to every sample. 6. The edge verifies every signature first. 7. They follow the runbook step by step. 8. Only a confirmed result leaves the edge. 9. Their actions reach the simulator. 10. Relays carry the packets without reading them. 11. The simulated service recovers. 12. Sensors check that the response worked. 13. The debrief shows each decision and its timing. 14. The alert arrives with its evidence attached. 15. The whole chain is archived for audit. 16. Everything settles back to idle.

Network operations centre

Round-the-clock monitoring, alarms, triage and dispatch for every node. In operators, part of Training and enablement, the operations, NOC, support and training layer holds network operations centre, drawn against ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and IETF RFC 3411. We build it into every site for operators against that standard, and keep its version and its test results on the site’s record.

Run the grid, read the evidence

Networks run for years; staff change. A system only the vendor understands is a system you rent forever, and one that degrades the day the vendor leaves. Training is how a network stays yours, and how its quality survives staff changes, contracts and years.

    Specification
    ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 · IETF RFC 3411 (SNMPv3)
  3. Operations, NOC, support and training

    Instructions for use and handover

Manuals and handover packs written for the people who will run the site. In operators, part of Training and enablement, the operations, NOC, support and training layer holds instructions for use and handover, drawn against IEC/IEEE 82079-1. We build it into every site for operators against that standard, and keep its version and its test results on the site’s record.

    Specification
    IEC/IEEE 82079-1 (information for use)
  4. Time and place

When and where, on every record

Every record made for operators carries its time, from a clock disciplined by satellite time or a PTP grandmaster, with the position and siting record of the station that made it. When time or position degrades, the record for operators says so, and every user downstream sees the same warning.

  5. Operations, NOC, support and training

    Training curricula

Courses for operators, technicians and users, with assessment. In operators, part of Training and enablement, the operations, NOC, support and training layer holds training curricula, drawn against ISO 10015:2019. We build it into every site for operators against that standard, and keep its version and its test results on the site’s record.

    Specification
ISO 10015:2019 (competence management and people development)
  6. 信任

    Proved before it is trusted

A node joins a network for operators only after its hardware root of trust answers an attestation challenge. Its keys stay in secure hardware, its software arrives signed and every record it makes for operators carries a signature, so anyone downstream can check where a value came from.

  7. 证据

    Traced to its specifications

We trace each part of operators to its specification: ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, IETF RFC 3411 and ISO 10015:2019. We keep the versions, configurations and test results of operators as signed records, so a buyer or an auditor can check what was delivered against what was specified.

    ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 · IETF RFC 3411 · ISO 10015:2019 · IEC/IEEE 82079-1
  8. Operations

Every node watched, every incident closed

The operations console shows every node of a network for operators with its state, its plan and its evidence. An alert arrives with its data and a runbook, acknowledging it opens a work order, and an incident for operators closes only when the operator records the cause and verifies the fix.

  9. Field service

One crew, from survey to repair

One crew surveys, installs, commissions, calibrates and repairs the sites for operators, working from each site’s own record. Each visit updates that record, so the next crew knows what is on a site for operators, when it was last checked and why it changed, and plans spares from that history.

  10. 动态

    Updates in rings, with rollback

Software and configuration reach a fleet for operators in rings: one canary site first, then a few, then all, each ring gated on health and data completeness. A failed gate stops the wave, and each node for operators returns to its last good release without a site visit.

  11. How it scales

    One base unit, repeated

A network for operators starts with one base node and the instruments it reads. A station adds power and radio, a site adds a relay and a fleet repeats the proven site, so capacity for operators grows by adding units, never by replacing what works.

  12. What you get

    Academy paths, on-site enablement

Academy paths, guides and the glossary are open. Operator and technician training and on-site enablement are contracted; pricing follows the people trained and the sites involved, and the material remains available to your team. Courses can run on your site, at ours or remotely for the theory, with the practical parts always on real equipment.

  13. Next step

    Operators, planned with you

Tell us the sites, the systems operators must work with and the outcome you need, with a map or a list of addresses if you have one. An engineer replies with a survey proposal, a design and a scope for operators, and the plan grows from one site to the network you need.
