Training: operators, crews and engineers learning on the systems they will run. The loop, step by step: 1. A classroom, a practice mast and a weather station. 2. Sensor, link, edge and console stand ready. 3. Learners read the station and note the values. 4. Each reading is stamped with time and place. 5. They trace data from the mast to the rack. 6. Relays carry the packets without reading them. 7. The edge verifies every signature first. 8. The rack shows how the reading is stored. 9. Only a confirmed result leaves the edge. 10. They climb and align a practice antenna. 11. Instruments confirm the response took effect. 12. Their results appear on the class screen. 13. The alert arrives with its evidence attached. 14. The whole chain is archived for audit. 15. Everything settles back to idle.

At a glance

Your team runs it; we make sure they can

Training and enablement teaches operators, crews and engineers on the systems you own, commissioning on your own site, integrators and suppliers on one practice, and learning paths from first principles to a commissioned site. Every course is built around the equipment, records and procedures of your own network.

Systems outlive the people who installed them

Networks run for years; staff change. A system only the vendor understands is a system you rent forever, and one that degrades the day the vendor leaves. Training is how a network stays yours, and how its quality survives staff changes, contracts and years.

Systems outlive the people who installed them

Networks run for years; staff change. A system only the vendor understands is a system you rent forever, and one that degrades the day the vendor leaves. Training is how a network stays yours, and how its quality survives staff changes, contracts and years.

  2. What it does

Your team runs it; we make sure they can

Training and enablement teaches operators, crews and engineers on the systems you own, commissioning on your own site, integrators and suppliers on one practice, and learning paths from first principles to a commissioned site. Every course is built around the equipment, records and procedures of your own network.

  3. Hands on

    Learning on the base node

Trainees take apart and rebuild the base node: power, inputs, radio, enrolment and updates, until the procedure is routine. Working on the real equipment builds the confidence to handle faults, not just routine visits. The same unit appears on every site they will visit.

  4. The system

    One station, part by part

Before anything is installed, the station is laid out as its parts: instrument, logger and edge compute, secure element, GNSS timing, radio, power, enclosure, wiring, earthing, mast and foundation.

  5. Assembly

Built and tested before it ships

Each part is fitted to the pole and the enclosure, wired through surge protection to one earth, powered and bench-tested until it signs its first reading.

  6. Deployment

    Site after site, one design

The same station goes in at every site on the plan, each commissioned against the same checklist, until the field is covered.

  7. Wiring

    Signal, power and time, wired

Inside one site the instrument’s signal pair runs to the logger, solar charges the battery that feeds the load, GNSS time reaches the clock and the logger hands its records to the radio.

  8. Partner enablement

Integrators and suppliers, on one practice

Partners learn the same methods and records, so work done by any of them meets the same standard. Partners are assessed on the same tasks as our own crews, and their records sit in the same system. Partner work is audited like ours.

    See Partner enablement
  9. Connections

    Backhaul, time and power

The relay carries every site to the edge over a point-to-point link, the grandmaster’s time reaches every clock, and each site keeps its power through the night.

  10. Engineers

Design, integration and the protocol in depth

Engineers learn how the data path, timing and trust work end to end, so they can design new sites and integrate new instruments themselves. They leave able to explain every step of the chain to a colleague, an auditor or a regulator.

    See Engineers
  11. Access

    Access follows competence

Access to consoles, sites and procedures is granted according to recorded competence, and withdrawn when a qualification lapses. That way the people who touch the network are always the people trained for what they do, and an auditor can see it in the records.

  12. Rekodi

    Competence, recorded

Each person’s training and assessed tasks are recorded, so the site record shows who is cleared to do what. Records follow each person across sites and employers, so competence is never lost when people move. Assessments are practical, repeated and recorded.

    See Learning paths
  13. Waendeshaji

Run the grid, read the evidence

Operators learn to read the fleet console, handle alerts with runbooks and interpret the evidence behind every reading. Training uses the same console and records operators will use every day, so nothing is learned twice. They also learn when to escalate, and to whom.

    See Operators
  14. Field crews

Install, commission and maintain, on site

Crews train on the equipment they will maintain, following the same checklists and records they will use on real visits. Every procedure taught is the one written in the site record, so practice and training never drift apart. Assessment is practical, on real equipment.

    See Field crews
  15. How it scales

    Train the trainers

Each programme builds local instructors, so capability grows with the network and stays in the region after we leave. Instructors are assessed and supported, and their courses use the same material as ours so the standard holds. Local instructors keep the courses current.

  16. What you get

    Academy paths, on-site enablement

Academy paths, guides and the glossary are open. Operator and technician training and on-site enablement are contracted; pricing follows the people trained and the sites involved, and the material remains available to your team. Courses can run on your site, at ours or remotely for the theory, with the practical parts always on real equipment.

    Start a learning path

Start with a learning path, or tell us who needs to run what. We plan the training around your site. We start from the roles you need to fill and the systems they must run, then build the plan around your site and calendar.
