Digital twins: a real site and its live twin side by side, updated from the same telemetry. The loop, step by step: 1. A site and its twin, kept in step. 2. Sensor, link, edge and console stand ready. 3. Sensors on the real tower report its state. 4. Each reading is stamped with time and place. 5. The state reaches the twin’s edge. 6. Relays carry the packets without reading them. 7. The edge verifies every signature first. 8. The twin updates and runs a what-if. 9. Only a confirmed result leaves the edge. 10. A storm forecast raises the wind load. 11. The twin warns of the load on the mast. 12. The console shows the evidence with the alert. 13. The team tightens a guy wire in advance. 14. Sensors check that the response worked. 15. Record, proof and action are archived together. 16. Everything settles back to idle.

Model the site before you build it

Digital twins and simulation delivers site twins measured in 3D, network twins that predict coverage, power and timing, Earth twins on real terrain and live observations, and scenario simulation before a contract is signed. The twin is built from measurements and kept current by the network it helped to design.

Plans tested by the first flood

Networks and infrastructure are usually designed on maps and assumptions, then tested by the first flood, heatwave or failure. By then the money is spent. Testing a design against flood, heat and failure in a model costs a fraction of discovering its weaknesses in the field.

  1. Tatizo

Plans tested by the first flood

Networks and infrastructure are usually designed on maps and assumptions, then tested by the first flood, heatwave or failure. By then the money is spent. Testing a design against flood, heat and failure in a model costs a fraction of discovering its weaknesses in the field.

  2. What it does

Model the site before you build it

Digital twins and simulation delivers site twins measured in 3D, network twins that predict coverage, power and timing, Earth twins on real terrain and live observations, and scenario simulation before a contract is signed. The twin is built from measurements and kept current by the network it helped to design.

  3. The system

    One station, part by part

Before anything is installed, the station is laid out as its parts: instrument, logger and edge compute, secure element, GNSS timing, radio, power, enclosure, wiring, earthing, mast and foundation.

  4. Assembly

Built and tested before it ships

Each part is fitted to the pole and the enclosure, wired through surge protection to one earth, powered and bench-tested until it signs its first reading.

  5. Installation

    Installed on site

The crew arrives with the tested kit: foundation, mast raised and guyed, instruments mounted, cables run in conduit, the enclosure fitted out and the site commissioned.

  6. Deployment

    Site after site, one design

The same station goes in at every site on the plan, each commissioned against the same checklist, until the field is covered.

  7. Wiring

    Signal, power and time, wired

Inside one site the instrument’s signal pair runs to the logger, solar charges the battery that feeds the load, GNSS time reaches the clock and the logger hands its records to the radio.

  8. Network twins

Coverage, capacity, power and timing, simulated

Radio coverage, link budgets, power autonomy and timing budgets are simulated for each candidate design, so the plan is chosen on predicted performance. The predictions are checked against measurements after installation, and the twin is corrected where it was wrong.

    See Network twins
  9. Connections

    Backhaul, time and power

The relay carries every site to the edge over a point-to-point link, the grandmaster’s time reaches every clock, and each site keeps its power through the night.

  10. Earth twins

Terrain and water on live observations

Terrain, hydrology and atmosphere are modelled on the real ground and kept current by live observations from the network, so the twin drifts with reality instead of away from it. Model results are checked against what the network observes, and the differences become the next improvement.

    See Earth twins
  11. Planning

From the twin to a plan you can tender

The chosen design is exported as drawings, bills of materials and acceptance criteria a contractor can build from and be measured against. Acceptance criteria come from the same model, so a contractor knows exactly what will be measured at handover.

    See Planning
  12. Operations

The twin as the operating picture

Once built, the network feeds the twin, and the twin becomes the operating picture: what is happening, what the model expected, and where they disagree. Operators see the predicted and the observed side by side, so a divergence is noticed before it becomes a problem.

  13. Scenario simulation

Floods, heat, load and failure, run first

Scenarios stress the design: a flood that cuts a road, a heatwave that drains batteries, a link that fails at the worst moment. Weak points are fixed in the model, not on the night. Each scenario is recorded with its assumptions, so the decision it informed can be reviewed later.

    See Scenario simulation
  14. Site twins

    The site in 3D, measured

Drone and ground surveys produce a measured model of the site, so masts, cables and access are planned on the real ground rather than on a sketch. Every measurement in the twin has a date and a source, so it is clear which parts are surveyed and which are assumed.

    See Site twins
  15. Keeping it current

A twin that is updated like software

Survey updates, new observations and model improvements are released to the twin as versions, each with its inputs and its validation recorded. Users can compare any two versions, see what changed and why, and roll back to the last validated twin if a new input turns out to be wrong.

  16. How it scales

One site, a catchment, a region

Twins compose: a site twin sits in a catchment twin, which sits in a regional one. Adding a site adds detail where it matters without rebuilding the whole. Each layer is updated by the observations made inside it, so the twin stays current as the network grows and the region changes.

  17. What you get

    Studies and twins, under contract

Simulation methods with worked examples and open terrain and grid layers are public. Drone survey and 3D site twins, network planning studies and scenario studies are contracted. Studies are priced per site and per scenario, and the models remain yours after delivery.

Start in the Field Deployment Studio

Model coverage, power and timing on real terrain in the Field Deployment Studio, or bring us the site and the scenarios that worry you. The first study comes back with the twin, the scenarios tested and the design they recommend, and it builds the twin your network will run on.
