04How ordering works

From configuration to an installed station.

  1. ConfigureChoose a kit or start empty in the Station Builder. The checks flag missing antennas, ports, power and mounting points as you go.
  2. Request a quoteSend the configuration with the site and its options. You get a reference at once, and the request appears under your orders when you are signed in.
  3. Approve the quoteWe confirm each line, its provider tier, price and lead time. Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote.
  4. Delivery and installationThe order moves through ordered, shipped and installed, and each change is sent to you. Field services can survey the site and install the station.

Prices are indicative bands, never offers. A quote is confirmed for each site and depends on the region, the environment and the services chosen.

05Next step

Plan the site before you order.

The Field Deployment Studio checks coverage, line of sight and power on real terrain, then hands the plan to a deployment request.
