# What we deliver for water.

Enterprise offers, each designed, deployed and run on the open protocol, and each linked to the service platforms that build it.

Reference design, drawn to scale · drag to turn

1. Water · Solutions Every catchment, gauged Stream gauges and rain networks, groundwater and water-quality sensing, flood observing for utilities and basin authorities, and Earth observation of reservoirs, snow and inundation, delivered with the completeness a hydrologist checks first. Needs: river level and discharge, rainfall and snow, groundwater, water quality and inundation extent.
2. Solution Hydrometeorological and flood observing networks Stream gauges, rain gauges, weather radar and automatic weather stations built to WMO practice, reporting through WIS 2.0 where the agency requires it. For national meteorological and hydrological services, river-basin agencies, utilities. Delivered as hardware + software, managed service and build-operate-transfer. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
3. Solution Sensing as a Service Observation networks designed, installed, operated and maintained for a monthly fee: weather, hydromet, air, seismic and environmental stations, with data delivered under a licence. For agencies, utilities, municipalities, insurers, agribusiness. Delivered as managed service and data licence. Global, multi-site, per-site pricing. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
4. Solution Structural and ground-movement monitoring GNSS, InSAR, tilt, strain and fibre sensing on bridges, dams, slopes, tailings and pipelines, with alert thresholds set by the owner. For infrastructure, mining and pipeline operators, transport agencies. Delivered as managed service and data licence. Asset portfolios. The same design repeats from the first site to the last. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
5. Solution Earth observation tasking, processing and change detection SAR and optical acquisition planning, analysis-ready processing and change detection checked against field truth, delivered as STAC and COG. For insurers, lenders, agencies, infrastructure and resource operators. Delivered as data licence and professional services. Global. Changes are versioned, tested and reversible. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
6. Solution Environmental and permit monitoring Emissions, water quality, noise and dust monitoring for permit conditions, with traceable calibration and evidence bundles. For industrial operators, municipalities, regulators. Delivered as managed service and data licence. Site to portfolio. Service levels are written as numbers you can measure. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
7. Scenario Methane fenceline and site-level continuous monitoring Regulatory cadences in the EU and reporting levels in voluntary frameworks. It builds on the same base node, timing, trust and operations as every other water deployment, so it can start small and grow site by site. Crews, software and records stay the same as the network grows.
8. Scenario Biodiversity measurement with acoustics and camera traps Acoustic baselines as a biodiversity data source; no registry methodology accepting acoustic data was found. It builds on the same base node, timing, trust and operations as every other water deployment, so it can start small and grow site by site.
9. How it works From instrument to record, in one chain An instrument reads; the base node checks the value, stamps time and place, signs it and sends it over the link the site has: cellular, LoRaWAN, private 5G or satellite. The edge verifies the signature before admitting it, and the core catalogues it with its metadata, quality flag and licence.
10. Trust Every node proves what it is A node joins only after its hardware root of trust answers an attestation challenge. Keys stay in secure hardware, software arrives signed, and every reading carries a signature, so its origin can be checked by anyone downstream without asking us.
11. Time and place Every reading carries when and where Readings are stamped against a disciplined clock, from satellite time or a PTP grandmaster, together with the station position and its siting record. When time or position is degraded, the record says so instead of hiding it, and every analyst downstream sees the same warning.
12. What you get Open where it can be, contracted where it must be The protocol, methods and open data are free to use and build on. Sites, fleets, managed operations and data tiers are delivered under contract by Nexus Observatory Inc., priced per site and per fleet, with service levels written as numbers you can measure on your own dashboard.
13. Next step Plan a water deployment Tell us the sites, the measurements and the people who will use them. We reply with a design and a scope for water. An engineer replies with a survey proposal and a scope, and the plan grows from one site to the network you need, at your pace. **02**

### Design

Survey, a reference design, a bill of materials and a plan, drawn against the protocol and the standards.

**03**

### Deploy and run

**07** Questions buyers ask

## Before you scope it.

Who sells, and who owns the data?

Nexus Observatory Inc. is the seller of record. The data your systems collect stays yours, under the licence you choose.

Do we have to buy hardware?

No. We deliver as a managed service, a data licence or a system you own.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with one station or one site, then grow to a fleet and a network on the same open protocol, without replacing what you bought.

Which standards do the systems meet?

Each system is drawn against the open protocol and the standards it is composed from, listed on this page.

What happens after go-live?

We run the systems to a written service level, with monitoring, repair and an evidence trail, or train your team to run them.
