# What we deliver for civil resilience.

Enterprise offers, each designed, deployed and run on the open protocol, and each linked to the service platforms that build it.

Reference design, drawn to scale · drag to turn

1. Civil resilience · Solutions Infrastructure that reports before it fails Condition and ground-movement monitoring for the networks a country runs on, operational-technology assurance for the sites that observe them, deployable kits for restoration, and northern and remote observing for civil authorities. Needs: asset condition and ground movement, security of the observing sites themselves, timing integrity, communications for restoration and remote and northern coverage.
2. Solution Structural and ground-movement monitoring GNSS, InSAR, tilt, strain and fibre sensing on bridges, dams, slopes, tailings and pipelines, with alert thresholds set by the owner. For infrastructure, mining and pipeline operators, transport agencies. Delivered as managed service and data licence. Asset portfolios. The same design repeats from the first site to the last. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
3. Solution Power-grid edge and right-of-way monitoring Line temperature and sag, vegetation encroachment from EO and LiDAR, substation sensors and fire-weather at the right-of-way. For electric utilities and transmission operators. Delivered as managed service and data licence. Utility service territories. It runs on the open Observatory Protocol, so other providers can join. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
4. Solution Operational-technology assurance for observing sites Identity, attestation, segmentation and monitoring for instruments and edge nodes, with evidence for audits. Stated as services, never as a security guarantee. For operators of critical sites, agencies. Delivered as managed service and professional services. Fleets of sites. The same design repeats from the first site to the last. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
5. Solution Managed Site One accountable operator for a site end to end: power, connectivity, instruments, compute, maintenance and evidence. For any owner of remote or critical sites. Delivered as managed service. Fleets of sites. Service levels are written as numbers you can measure. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
6. Solution Deployable connectivity and sensing kits A cell on wheels with satellite backhaul, mesh telemetry and environment nodes for incident bases and events. For emergency agencies, humanitarian logistics, event operators. Delivered as rental and managed service. Pre-positioned fleets. Crews, software and records stay the same as the network grows. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
7. Solution Timing and positioning integrity PTP grandmasters with GNSS holdover, interference detection and timing monitoring for networks and instruments. For carriers, utilities, financial infrastructure, observatories. Delivered as hardware + software and managed service. National timing fabrics. The same design repeats from the first site to the last. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
8. Scenario Civil observatories supporting northern infrastructure Weather and ionospheric observatories, communications and power at remote sites that surveillance programmes may share. It builds on the same base node, timing, trust and operations as every other civil resilience deployment, so it can start small and grow site by site.
9. Scenario Critical-infrastructure resilience sensing Utility and pipeline monitoring under grid-security rules. It builds on the same base node, timing, trust and operations as every other civil resilience deployment, so it can start small and grow site by site. Every reading and every change leaves a record that can be checked later.
10. How it works From instrument to record, in one chain An instrument reads; the base node checks the value, stamps time and place, signs it and sends it over the link the site has: cellular, LoRaWAN, private 5G or satellite. The edge verifies the signature before admitting it, and the core catalogues it with its metadata, quality flag and licence.
11. Trust Every node proves what it is A node joins only after its hardware root of trust answers an attestation challenge. Keys stay in secure hardware, software arrives signed, and every reading carries a signature, so its origin can be checked by anyone downstream without asking us.
12. What you get Open where it can be, contracted where it must be The protocol, methods and open data are free to use and build on. Sites, fleets, managed operations and data tiers are delivered under contract by Nexus Observatory Inc., priced per site and per fleet, with service levels written as numbers you can measure on your own dashboard.
13. Next step Plan a civil resilience deployment Tell us the sites, the measurements and the people who will use them. We reply with a design and a scope for civil resilience. An engineer replies with a survey proposal and a scope, and the plan grows from one site to the network you need, at your pace. **07** Questions buyers ask

## Before you scope it.

Who sells, and who owns the data?

Nexus Observatory Inc. is the seller of record. The data your systems collect stays yours, under the licence you choose.

Do we have to buy hardware?

No. We deliver as a managed service, a data licence or a system you own.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with one station or one site, then grow to a fleet and a network on the same open protocol, without replacing what you bought.

Which standards do the systems meet?

Each system is drawn against the open protocol and the standards it is composed from, listed on this page.

Who issues warnings and official decisions?

Lawful civil and dual-use work only, inside the published red lines. No weapons, targeting or offensive systems.

What happens after go-live?

We run the systems to a written service level, with monitoring, repair and an evidence trail, or train your team to run them.
