Reference design, drawn to scale · drag to turn

1. Mining · Solutions The mine, measured from pit to tailings Private 5G across the pit and underground, slope and tailings monitoring, fenceline air and methane measurement, site power and microgrids, and environmental reporting built from the same observations. Needs: slope and tailings stability, dust, gas and methane, water discharge, coverage underground and in the pit and site power.
2. Solution Mine, plant and port site monitoring Slope radar, tailings monitoring, dust and water, and site connectivity for operations and closure. For mining, heavy industry, ports. Delivered as managed service and hardware + software. Site portfolios. Service levels are written as numbers you can measure. It is delivered and supported by Nexus Observatory Inc. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
3. Solution Structural and ground-movement monitoring GNSS, InSAR, tilt, strain and fibre sensing on bridges, dams, slopes, tailings and pipelines, with alert thresholds set by the owner. For infrastructure, mining and pipeline operators, transport agencies. Delivered as managed service and data licence. Asset portfolios. The same design repeats from the first site to the last. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
4. Solution Private Wireless as a Service Standalone private 5G or LTE for a site, campus, port or mine: radios, core, SIMs, spectrum route and operations. For industrial operators, ports, campuses, venues, public safety. Delivered as managed service and hardware + software. Per site; fleets of sites. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
5. Solution Microgrids and off-grid site power PV, storage and generator sizing for instruments and edge sites, with telemetry and remote control. For remote sites, telecom, agencies, communities. Delivered as hardware + software and managed service. Per site; fleets. Every reading and every change leaves a record that can be checked later. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
6. Solution Environmental and permit monitoring Emissions, water quality, noise and dust monitoring for permit conditions, with traceable calibration and evidence bundles. For industrial operators, municipalities, regulators. Delivered as managed service and data licence. Site to portfolio. Service levels are written as numbers you can measure. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
7. Scenario Mine-wide private LTE or 5G with environmental sensing Autonomy communications plus dust, blast vibration, slope and tailings monitoring. It builds on the same base node, timing, trust and operations as every other mining deployment, so it can start small and grow site by site. Service levels are written as numbers you can measure.
8. Scenario Utility private LTE for the grid edge Distribution automation, distributed-energy control and wildfire-risk weather on a dedicated band. It builds on the same base node, timing, trust and operations as every other mining deployment, so it can start small and grow site by site. It runs on the open Observatory Protocol, so other providers can join.
9. How it works From instrument to record, in one chain An instrument reads; the base node checks the value, stamps time and place, signs it and sends it over the link the site has: cellular, LoRaWAN, private 5G or satellite. The edge verifies the signature before admitting it, and the core catalogues it with its metadata, quality flag and licence.
10. Trust Every node proves what it is A node joins only after its hardware root of trust answers an attestation challenge. Keys stay in secure hardware, software arrives signed, and every reading carries a signature, so its origin can be checked by anyone downstream without asking us.
11. Time and place Every reading carries when and where Readings are stamped against a disciplined clock, from satellite time or a PTP grandmaster, together with the station position and its siting record. When time or position is degraded, the record says so instead of hiding it, and every analyst downstream sees the same warning.
12. What you get Open where it can be, contracted where it must be The protocol, methods and open data are free to use and build on. Sites, fleets, managed operations and data tiers are delivered under contract by Nexus Observatory Inc., priced per site and per fleet, with service levels written as numbers you can measure on your own dashboard.
13. Next step Plan a mining deployment Tell us the sites, the measurements and the people who will use them. We reply with a design and a scope for mining. An engineer replies with a survey proposal and a scope, and the plan grows from one site to the network you need, at your pace. ## From first call to a running site.

**01**

### Scope

What you need to observe, where, and to what standard. A written scope you can share internally.

**02**

### Design

Survey, a reference design, a bill of materials and a plan, drawn against the protocol and the standards.

**03**

### Deploy and run

Installation, commissioning on test, then operation by your team or ours, with evidence on record.

**07** Questions buyers ask

## Before you scope it.

Who sells, and who owns the data?

Nexus Observatory Inc. is the seller of record. The data your systems collect stays yours, under the licence you choose.

Do we have to buy hardware?

No. We deliver as a managed service, a data licence or a system you own.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with one station or one site, then grow to a fleet and a network on the same open protocol, without replacing what you bought.

Which standards do the systems meet?

Each system is drawn against the open protocol and the standards it is composed from, listed on this page.

What happens after go-live?

We run the systems to a written service level, with monitoring, repair and an evidence trail, or train your team to run them.
