Health: exposure measured where people live: what we deliver. The loop, step by step: 1. A valley site at first light. 2. Sensor, link, edge and console stand ready. 3. Cloud and wind sweep up the valley. 4. The station and the vault register it. 5. Time and place are fixed to every sample. 6. Signed packets hop over the radio link. 7. Relays carry the packets without reading them. 8. The edge verifies every signature first. 9. The edge model checks it against its limit. 10. Only a confirmed result leaves the edge. 11. The alert reaches the operator console. 12. The console shows the evidence with the alert. 13. The whole chain is archived for audit. 14. Everything settles back to idle.

# What we deliver for health.

Enterprise offers, each designed, deployed and run on the open protocol, and each linked to the service platforms that build it.

[Use cases](https://observatory.global/industries/health/use-cases/)

[Open the explainer](https://observatory.global/industries/health/explainer/)

1. Health · Solutions Exposure, measured where people live Air quality, heat and water monitoring for public-health programmes, exposure data aligned with the places it affects, and connectivity for clinics at the edge of the network. Needs: fine particles and ozone, heat and humidity, drinking-water quality, conditions for disease vectors and connectivity for clinics.
2. Solution Environmental exposure monitoring for health programmes Heat, air and water exposure measurements around facilities and communities; no diagnosis or treatment. For health authorities, hospital networks, employers. Delivered as managed service and data licence. City to national. Every reading and every change leaves a record that can be checked later. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
3. Solution Hybrid air-quality networks Reference analysers plus calibrated low-cost nodes, with co-location calibration and an open-data interface. For cities, environment agencies, industrial sites. Delivered as managed service and data licence. City-wide to national. The same design repeats from the first site to the last. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
4. Solution Observation data products and evidence bundles Licensed feeds and archives with metadata, quality flags and provenance on every value; evidence bundles for audits and claims processes. For analytics platforms, insurers, lenders, researchers, agencies. Delivered as data licence and API. Global catalogue. Service levels are written as numbers you can measure. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
5. Solution Private Wireless as a Service Standalone private 5G or LTE for a site, campus, port or mine: radios, core, SIMs, spectrum route and operations. For industrial operators, ports, campuses, venues, public safety. Delivered as managed service and hardware + software. Per site; fleets of sites. [Talk to sales](https://observatory.global/contact/sales-enquiry/)
6. Scenario Hybrid air-quality network Reference analysers plus calibrated low-cost nodes; low-cost sensors alone do not meet regulatory requirements. It builds on the same base node, timing, trust and operations as every other health deployment, so it can start small and grow site by site.
7. Scenario Municipal low-power radio or private 5G layer A city-wide connectivity layer as digital public infrastructure. It builds on the same base node, timing, trust and operations as every other health deployment, so it can start small and grow site by site. The evidence travels with the data wherever it goes.
8. How it works From instrument to record, in one chain An instrument reads; the base node checks the value, stamps time and place, signs it and sends it over the link the site has: cellular, LoRaWAN, private 5G or satellite. The edge verifies the signature before admitting it, and the core catalogues it with its metadata, quality flag and licence.
9. Trust Every node proves what it is A node joins only after its hardware root of trust answers an attestation challenge. Keys stay in secure hardware, software arrives signed, and every reading carries a signature, so its origin can be checked by anyone downstream without asking us.
10. Time and place Every reading carries when and where Readings are stamped against a disciplined clock, from satellite time or a PTP grandmaster, together with the station position and its siting record. When time or position is degraded, the record says so instead of hiding it, and every analyst downstream sees the same warning.
11. How it scales One base unit, repeated A programme starts with one base node and the instruments it reads. A station adds power and radio, a site adds a relay, a fleet repeats the proven site across many places, and a network federates fleets through edge and core. Capacity grows by adding units, never by replacing what works.
12. What you get Open where it can be, contracted where it must be The protocol, methods and open data are free to use and build on. Sites, fleets, managed operations and data tiers are delivered under contract by Nexus Observatory Inc., priced per site and per fleet, with service levels written as numbers you can measure on your own dashboard.
13. Next step Plan a health deployment Tell us the sites, the measurements and the people who will use them. We reply with a design and a scope for health. An engineer replies with a survey proposal and a scope, and the plan grows from one site to the network you need, at your pace. **07** Questions buyers ask

## Before you scope it.

Who sells, and who owns the data?

Nexus Observatory Inc. is the seller of record. The data your systems collect stays yours, under the licence you choose.

Do we have to buy hardware?

No. We deliver as a managed service, a data licence or a system you own.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with one station or one site, then grow to a fleet and a network on the same open protocol, without replacing what you bought.

Which standards do the systems meet?

Each system is drawn against the open protocol and the standards it is composed from, listed on this page.

Who issues warnings and official decisions?

Environmental exposure measurement, outside medical-device scope: no diagnosis, no treatment and no clinical decision support.

What happens after go-live?

We run the systems to a written service level, with monitoring, repair and an evidence trail, or train your team to run them.
